Williams Grove Fan Appreciation Night With Free Pit Access Is June 9

Fans get free Martins Chips and Hoseheads.com candy, 358 sprints race in Summer Series

Mechanicsburg – Fan Appreciation Night featuring the Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprint cars and the HJ Towing & Recovery 358 sprints is next on the agenda at Williams Grove Speedway, coming up this Friday night, June 9.

Racing action will begin at 7:30 pm.

Presented by Martins Potato Chips and Hoseheads.com, all general admission fans will be granted FREE access to the frontstretch pit area from the time that gates open at 5:30 until 6:15 pm.

FREE Martins Potato Chips and candy from Hoseheads.com will be handed out to fans as they enter the front pit area to get up close and personal with the drivers and their sprint cars.

Fans are encouraged to bring cameras in order to take photos of their favorite drivers while they get autographs.

On-track action will include a Yellow Breeches 500 race for the 410 sprint cars paying $5,000 to win and $500 to start.

Timed warm-ups will be used to set the heat starting grids.

The 358 sprints will be racing in a MacMor Construction Summer Series event, going 25 laps in distance.

Adult general admission for June 9 is $15 with students ages 13-20 admitted for $10.

Kids ages 12 and under are always free at Williams Grove Speedway.

The national wingless stars of the AMSOIL USAC Sprint Series will invade Williams Grove Speedway on June 16 to compete along with action for the regular Williams Grove 410 sprints.
