High Winds Cancel Williams Grove April 30

A high wind event, prompting a High Wind Warning from the National Weather Service for gusts of up to 60 mph and sustained winds of up to 35 mph, has prompted Williams Grove Speedway to cancel its Friday, April 30 racing program. The worst of the winds are expected to occur during the time that the racing program would have taken place as the warning is in place for 2 pm Friday through 2 am on Saturday.

Williams Grove Speedway will be in action next Friday, May 7 at 7:30 pm with the Hoosier Diamond Series World of Outlaws Tune Up for the 410 sprint cars plus action for the 358 sprints.
